4. Subscription and Payment

DREAM Tokens

Dream Engine uses DREAM tokens as credits for content generation. Each subscription plan includes a monthly token allocation. Tokens automatically roll over as long as you maintain an active subscription.

Subscription Plans

We offer the following subscription tiers:

• Starter: $19/month with 2,000 DREAM tokens
• Pro: $49/month with 6,000 DREAM tokens
• Studio: $129/month with 18,000 DREAM tokens

Token Boost Packs

Additional token packs are available for purchase. These tokens never expire but require an active subscription to use.

Billing

• Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance
• All payments are processed securely through Stripe
• Prices are in USD and may be subject to applicable taxes
• We do not offer refunds for unused tokens or partial subscription periods

5. Content Generation and Usage

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Dream Engine to generate content that:

• Violates any applicable law or regulation
• Infringes on intellectual property rights of others
• Contains hate speech, harassment, or discriminatory content
• Depicts illegal activities, violence, or adult content involving minors
• Attempts to impersonate real individuals without consent
• Spreads misinformation or deepfakes intended to deceive
• Violates the terms of service of our AI providers

Content Ownership

You retain full ownership and commercial rights to all content you create using Dream Engine, subject to these Terms. You are solely responsible for your use of generated content and must ensure it complies with all applicable laws.

Our Rights

By using our service, you grant Dream Engine a limited, worldwide license to:

• Store and process your content to provide our services
• Use anonymized, aggregated data to improve our AI models
• Display your content in your account interface

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
• Use automated tools to scrape or access our services
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our services
• Resell or redistribute our services without authorization
• Use our services to compete with Dream Engine
• Share your subscription with unauthorized users

7. Intellectual Property

Dream Engine and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Dream Engine and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Our trademarks may not be used without our prior written consent.

8. AI Model Limitations

You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated content may not always be accurate or appropriate
• Generation results may vary and are not guaranteed
• We rely on third-party AI providers and cannot guarantee 100% uptime
• Content may occasionally contain biases present in AI training data
• You are responsible for reviewing and validating generated content before use

9. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time. We are not liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of services.

10. Cancellation and Termination

Your Rights

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access and unused tokens until that date.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms of Service
• Engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
• Generate prohibited content
• Fail to pay subscription fees

11. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

Service "As Is"

Dream Engine is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dream Engine shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of our services.
